Throughout the Smoky Mountains, there are hundreds of miles of narrow roads leading to farms, homes and small communities. Along many of these roads one is likely to come upon a bridge which is quite sturdy but often wide enough for only one vehicle to pass at a time. This "Country Bridge" leads to the barn used by the elder Zenith Whaley in Pittman Center, Tennessee.
