Jim Gray Gallery
Jim and Fran were rambling familiar old back roads one beautiful autumn. As always, they were enjoying the day and looking for subject matter for paintings. There were clouds obscuring the mountains as they headed up a beautiful little valley in Pittman Center. Jim took a photo, looking across the hayfield at the round bales. Returning this way later that afternoon, the clouds had lifted and he could now see the mountains rising above. He had his painting and the title.
